LPC Supervision Rooted in Mentorship
Guidance that supports growth, confidence, and clinical integrity
LPC supervision at Claria Counseling is grounded in the belief that strong clinicians are shaped through thoughtful guidance, collaboration, and trust. Our supervision model is designed to support emerging therapists as they develop their clinical voice, professional identity, and ethical foundation.
Drawing from years of clinical experience, supervision emphasizes reflection, cultural awareness, and trauma-informed care. Supervisees are encouraged to ask questions, explore challenges openly, and grow at their own pace within a supportive, respectful environment. The goal is not only to meet licensure requirements, but to foster confident, self-aware clinicians prepared for long-term professional success.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our approach is collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused. I aim to create a safe environment where you can develop confidence, clinical judgment, and authenticity as a therapist.
Yes! I offer group supervision opportunities for LPC-Associates interested in learning collaboratively. Group sessions are a great way to share perspectives, explore different clinical approaches, and build confidence within a supportive professional community.
Supervision is a space for growth, reflection, and skill-building. You’ll gain experience in case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practice. We’ll also focus on helping you develop your clinical identity, confidence, and long-term professional goals.
Compassionate clinical assessments that support your legal case
Because context matters, and so does how your story is told
A psychosocial immigration evaluation is a professional mental health assessment used to support certain immigration cases, including asylum applications, hardship waivers, VAWA petitions, and U- or T-Visas. These cases often require more than legal documentation—they require a clear, clinical understanding of how life experiences, trauma, or separation have affected your emotional and psychological well-being.
At Claria Counseling, our evaluations are conducted with care, precision, and respect. We provide detailed, clinically sound reports that help your attorney present your story accurately and effectively to USCIS or immigration court, while honoring your lived experience.
Our Transparent Process

Connect & Coordinate
We begin by connecting with you (and your legal representative, if applicable) to understand the type of immigration case and answer initial questions. This step helps ensure clarity around expectations, timing, and next steps before the evaluation is scheduled.
Comprehensive Clinical Interview
You’ll meet with a bilingual, trauma-informed clinician for a private and respectful evaluation session. This is a guided conversation (not a test) where you share your experiences at your own pace. The goal is to understand your personal history, emotional well-being, and the psychological impact of your journey.
Clinical Analysis & Report Writing
After the session, the clinician carefully reviews the information gathered and prepares a detailed psychosocial report. The evaluation is written with clinical accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and attention to the specific needs of your case.
Review & Secure Delivery
Once finalized, the evaluation is securely shared with you and your legal representative for submission as part of your case. Throughout the process, confidentiality is maintained, and communication remains clear and professional until completion.
Trauma-Informed, Culturally Responsive Care
We understand that sharing your immigration story can feel deeply personal and, at times, overwhelming. Our clinicians are trained in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, meaning we prioritize your emotional safety and personal boundaries at every step.
Evaluations are conducted as guided conversations—not tests. You are always in control of what you choose to share and the pace at which you share it. If you are unsure how to answer a question, your clinician will support you with patience and care. Services are available in English and Spanish, and many clients choose to move fluidly between both languages during the evaluation.
Your story handled with dignity, safety, and respect
